Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at info@serabellehome.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
